Rainbow Social Hour

Event flyers and newspaper articles pertaining to the activities of Haus of Dharma, Dharma Mirza, and Queervallis. See also the oral history interview with Dharma. Flyers and print outs of social media or online posts from events from all cultural centers, and guest speakers. After about 6 minutes, the group is welcomed and it is explained that there are old Barometer articles and surveys around the room, and that this is being recorded in order to begin preserving their history as a part of Queer History Gay.

They follow along a framework of pre-QRC, QRC, creation of the Pride Center space, sharing their stories and experiences of the history in each of these areas. Starting atthere is an audio issue that resolves itself around The video ends bar ten seconds of distortion and no sound, cutting off the recording before the end of the event.

They are a queer-led organization that works with a network of human dignity groups to promote equity and inclusion through democratic processes. This folder contains newsletters from ROPnet, ROP's newsletter, that pertain to other queer rural groups, organizing, events, and calls to action from the organization.
